Production Helper

• Job Details:Mixing, loading and unloading of materials/ingredients to automated machine mixers, palletizing and sealing of production cartons at the packaging section, pullout of palletized cartons, wrappers, small and big cartons to and from the warehouse, unloading or dumping of overflow products at the packaging machines, sorting, collection and weighing of production pellets from drying machine, do the wet and dry cleaning of packaging and process machines, do the general cleaning routines as per assigned.

Research and Development Ceramic Engineer

• Job Details:Color matching of production run glaze batch and engobe slips, incoming glaze and body raw materials quality control checking and pilot test runs of new rotodrums deliveries, reformulations of glaze, engobe and body formulations for quality improvement, research and development of new materials for costing purposes, do corrective analysis and preventive measures for problematic product runs, supervision of laboratory technical staffs in the technical aspect of tiles ceramics, planning and organizing the lab and glaze preparation production runs, guiding the lab, production staff by giving batching sheets, technical data parameters and procedures when conducting line trials and troubleshooting works, organizing and providing necessary tips or hands on training for lab & production staffs for production line trials, process controls and incoming raw materials.

Raw Materials Control Technician

• Job Details:Process quality control of glaze, engobe, incoming raw materials quality control and appraisals, standard preparation and updating of glaze and raw materials, record keeping and updating of new and old formulations, color matching of production batch glazes to conform with standards, adjustments and troubleshooting of problematic glaze and slip body to conform to standards, research and development for new materials, reformulations for costing and new product innovations, render extended time for pending workloads, participate in the year end company inventory stock count.
