• Job Details:● Welcome customers to obtain information and explain the available services. ● Cross selling all the bank’s products . ● Ensure service excellency . ● Perform outside calls to increase the branch customer base. ● Answer client inquiries and receive their complaints to help them solve their problems. ● Make sure that all the clients receive their products from debit cards, credit cards, cheque books, etc. ● Print and activate debit cards. ● Help the clients subscribe through our online services from website and application so they can easily be updated with the latest services we offer and help them track their accounts from home.
