  • Job Details:·       Led a 2-month training program in Vietnam in which I was responsible for the training program of 7 technicians on razor packaging technologies (bagger and heat sealing), operating the lines and achieving required KPIs. ·       Responsible for all the technical documentation of the blade packaging technologies including operating principles, CIL OPLs, KWOPLs, maintenance plans, changeover task lists. ·       Designed Shave Care startup floor layout, taking into consideration all raw material requirements, production rates, tools and facilities, site standards and space constraints. ·       Responsible for tools and facilities readiness for the startup of Shave Care production lines through benchmarking with global sites and communicating with different stakeholders. ·       Owns planning and scheduling daily management system across P&G October 6th site. ·       Qualified on different P&G run to target daily management systems including defect handling, CIL, centerline management, planning and scheduling…etc. ·       Qualified on P&G autonomous maintenance system. ·       Responsible for site capability building on loss elimination tools like 6W2H and Why Why.
