- Job Details:Learning and Development: 10/2022 – present •Create and implement the learning and development plan to develop employees soft & technical skills. •Manage Learning Management System (LMS) on Oracle, including uploading and maintaining training data to support employee development programs. •Implement the dashboard in order to measure the progress of the L&D and engagement plan. •Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback.. •Coordinate and schedule training sessions, considering requirements and participant availability. •Communicate training schedules and details to employees, ensuring they have the necessary information to attend the training sessions. •Maintain accurate training records and documentation, including attendance sheets, feedback forms, and training certificates. •Deliver internal training for both Blue & White collars. •Create engaging training materials, including presentations and interactive activities. •Recruitment: •Collaborate with department heads to create clear, role-specific job descriptions to attract qualified talent. •Post roles across job boards, social media platforms, and the company website to maximize reach and attract diverse candidates. •Review resumes to match qualifications, experience, and skills with role requirements, ensuring alignment with company needs. •Led pre-screening calls to assess candidates' interest, confirm qualifications, and evaluate initial cultural fit. •Compile a shortlist of high-potential candidates for further interviews with hiring managers. •Represent Raya at various job fairs, effectively communicating the company's mission, values, Employee Value Proposition (EVP), and employment opportunities. •Assist with new-hire orientation, providing support and guidance to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees. •Performance Management: •Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices. •Conduct training sessions for managers and employees, promoting understanding of the Performance Management System. •Analyze performance data and generate reports to optimize the performance cycle using Oracle tools and systems. •Engagement: •Direct and maintain employee engagement strategies and activities to improve the employee experience and overall retention. •Administrate internal communications and support change management and employee engagement plans to align with Raya’s culture and values •Organize and execute Raya Auto annual kick-off meeting. •Analyze ECHO survey data and create action plans to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. •Execute Raya Recognition programs such as "Employee of the month" •Organizational Development: •Collaborate with department heads to create clear, role-specific job descriptions to attract qualified talent. •Create Job titles that align with role responsibilities, utilizing Oracle tools and systems.
