- Job Details: Support the HR Team in the recruitment process (such as sourcing CVs, calling candidates for interviews, preparing employment application forms, and filing recruitment records). Prepare offer letters for new hired employees and ensure their paperwork is completed and processed. Prepare or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating. Responsible for releasing clearance documents for the leavers as well as conducting End of Service necessary documents. Prepare needed documents and reports of employee benefits and allowances. Prepare official letters for employees (English and Arabic) in accordance to the university’s procedures (such as bank letters, salary certificates, notification letters, letters to the immigration, embassy letters, salary transfer letters, experience certificates, and other letters as per request). Process leave applications including annual leaves, comp-offs, sick leaves and leaves of absence. Handle the process of employment visas for new employees step by step, as well as visa renewals for existing staff; also medical insurance issuance and renewal, and other required joining/renewal formalities. Responsible for the monthly payroll process before handing it to the Finance Department for payment releases; and ensure accurate and well-timed data input of all employees to facilitate the payroll process. Attend meetings/hearings to assist the HR Director in needed documentation, writing meeting minutes/hearing or disciplinary reports. Responsible for the creation of employee records/database (Hard and soft copy). Report monthly attendance records to Line Managers. Responsible of receiving Pay Slips from the Finance Department to issue them to employees.

- Job Details: Worked as a part of the HR Team on all HR related tasks such as processing annual leave/sick leave forms, staff planning, teaching hours, and contract renewals. Assisted the Dean, Vice-Deans, and Head of Departments with all faculty related work, as well as all faculty members with their assigned courses (Cairo and Berlin). Processing monthly reports of the faculty attendance records. Processing official letters for faculty members or students. Assisted the GUC Travel Office in scheduling annual tickets and accommodation for international faculty members, international jury, and sometimes for student excursions/trips.
