• Job Details:Overseeing and managing portfolio client servicing & design team to ensure that deadlines for deliverable are met, best practices followed & client expectations are aligned. • Managing the day-to-day operations with clients. • Creating dependable, organized, and clear communication across design, client servicing & development departments to ensure that campaigns are executed according to project plans. • Overseeing a team of content creators/community managers and ensure that all bite-sized information shared on digital channels is optimized/aligned to client's brand and needs. • Managing and coordinating communication with other suppliers (Stylists, bloggers, influencers, media outlets, etc.) • Working hand in hand with the creative team to come up with new campaign ideas based on client's needs. • Building a clear communication strategy for the clients. • Planning and executing media plans for clients. • Creating clear briefs from client’s requests. • Generating new clients and business opportunities.
