• Job Details:Director: Operational sales marketing and training Blue Print Solutions International 2008 – March 2016** HEADED the international arm of the company and building it Globally (Office automation and Solar energy) Key Functions: • Required to establish long term personal and confidential relationships with distributors on a global basis, whilst providing them with professional innovative support to market and distribute our product range. • Necessary to introduce and present the product and company to the directors and owners, whilst training sales people in the selling and marketing of the product, in order to achieve market leadership and to strive for standards of service excellence in all aspects of the business. • Duties included strategic planning in respect of business growth, including the compilation of business plans. I am responsible for the strategic direction and the daily management of orders, invoicing, and the exporting of the product and peripherals. • Accountable for the development of new markets and strategies to achieve targets, and the control of all operational expenditure. • In terms of sales and marketing, accountable for the effective management of promotions, sales, and customer liaison. • I was also responsible for the sales marketing and management training of all direct sales and management staff as well as the sales mangers and sale staff of all dealers / distributors.
