• Job Details: Design, compose, produce and direct short movies targeting morality;  Design, compose and produce commercials;  Compose background music for short movies and commercials;  Chief Editor of the elecotronic magazine of the Life Agape organization in Egypt;  Teach employees Flash 8 and Adobe After Effect;  Manage and lead an animation production team ;  Educate and motivate members in team for optimum performance and production.  Review resources (internally & externally);  Help in Recruiting and development of new candidates to join the Media Team.  Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly follow-up Reports;  Identifies opportunities for improvement and makes constructive suggestions for change  Communicate widely with the head office in Orlando, United States of America;  Maintain and co-ordinate mutual activities with other branches in Egypt’s different regions, on daily basis;  Set -Short and long term- targets for wider range of viewers for Life Agape productions through its Channel and web-site;  Authorize and give final permission for any animation or media production in the head office in Alexandria;  Set up and enroll in meetings with foreigners to reach better standards for organization;  Enroll in different skilful courses on job given by highly educated and experienced professors.
