Computer System EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure the installation, maintenance and first line repairs of IT hardware and networks, requesting repair by outside contractors or replacement/upgrades as necessary. • Ensure the installation of software, ensuring that software licences are obtained and kept up to date. • Advise on the availability of IT preparing and setting up as required. • Ensure that health and safety standards relating to IT are maintained and adhered to throughout the school. • Provide technical advice to staff and pupils and governors on a broad range of IT issues. • Provide advice and practical support to pupils and ensure compliance with safe working practices. • Manage user profiles, permissions, etc. • Manage and maintain servers. • Ensure the development of the ICT service by contributing to the ICT Development Strategy • Responsible for ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and security of the ICT equipment is carried out. • Responsible for stock control of a range of equipment and supplies. • To attend relevant meetings and training sessions. • To keep abreast of developments and changes in fields relevant to role and communicate to the Bursar and Head Teacher as required. • Monitor, track, prioritise, respond to and resolve help desk requests within reasonable time frame. • Monitor all school systems daily and perform a weekly report to the IT Manager. • Maintain IT school inventory by monitoring, checking, purchasing, adding and removing items into it. • Manage and monitor all infrastructure, including network performance, data security, switches, Wi-Fi, firewall, database, storages, antivirus software and other processes. • Performs systems backups and recovery procedures and monitors daily servers and computers backup and off- site backup. In addition to participate in disaster recovery plan. • Coordination, participation in and follow- up of projects. • Monitoring of AV systems installation, network and performance. • Drafting and validation of IT documentation repository and processes.

Network EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Manage information technology and computer systems. Plan , organize , control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations. Ensure security of data , network access and backup systems. Experience in AD servers ( DHCP , GPO , DNS and profiles). Managing Data center and users security access and privileges. Manage and configure firewalls ( Cyberoam ) and make sure of safe browsing for children and teachers depends on there privileges of access. Maintain and experience in interactive whiteboards and projectors and introduce the facility for teacher for using it. Hardware and software evaluation. Develop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime. Experience in infrastructure switches. Configuring wired and wireless networks.

Computer Technical OfficerFull Time
