Sr. ELV Pre-Sales Engineer

• Job Details:Systems designing & cost estimation for ELV systems like CCTV, access control & time attendance system, public address & background music system, intercom, gate barriers, structured cabling system, access points, fire alarm and emergency voice evacuation system, school bell system, master clock system, GPS, EAS, queuing system, SMATV, flood barrier, time lapse camera speedlane, x-ray machines, metal detectors etc. Preparing technical reports, specifications, drawings for client presentations. Cost effective system design to ensuring desired project can be completed within budget and given time. Prepare technical and price quotations as well tender submissions. Conduct site survey to access existing infrastructure and determine system implementation strategies. Developing project plans & schedules for all ELV ongoing projects. Liaise with key vendors locally and internationally. Coordinate with MOI-Qatar for CCTV projects and rectifying comments and drawings uploading to portal. Preparing BOQ, cost estimate, SLA/AMC costing, project timeline and material submittals. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs. Responding to site RFI/clarifications, conducting reviews of specialist suppliers or contractor prepared designs, and attending site meetings to resolve construction issues. Preparing technical submittals, and reviewing CAD drawings. Attending client meetings and liaising with other stakeholders for details of works and coordination of requirements among various parties/companies/workers. Knowledge of local ELV regulations (MOI-Qatar) standards, international design standards and codes of practice. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed during system design and monitor compliance with in land laws and regulations. Attend meetings with the construction heads/section engineers and provide technical advice and instructions related to the progress of work. Maintain record of progress and relevant correspondence, problems arising on site and suggest solutions. Develop systems and processes necessary for the tracking, planning and execution of projects.

ELV Pre-Sales Engineer

• Job Details:Designing comprehensive ELV systems incorporating CCTV, SCS, AV, access control, PAVA, master clock, intercom, BGM, gate barriers, and speed gates etc. to meet client requirements and project specifications. Preparing BOQ, cost estimate, SLA/AMC costing, project timeline and material submittals. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical information and competitive pricing. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and client specifications in all proposals. Coordinate with MOI-Qatar for CCTV projects and rectifying comments and drawings uploading to portal. Developing maintenance plans and providing ongoing support to ensure the reliability and performance of installed systems. Generating project reports and updates for management and clients as required. Closely work with stakeholders and update them time to time. Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed during system design and monitor compliance with in land laws and regulations. Analyze blueprints, project documents and specifications to prepare efficient materials and labor estimates on all project stages and project related works. Attend meetings with the construction heads/section engineers and provide technical advice and instructions related to the progress of work. Following ESS division sales & marketing plan strictly. Recording and updating clients contact details list. Communicating new product developments to prospective clients. Following ISO procedures & registered forms. Upholding G4S image all times & strictly following G4S business ethics policy.

ELV Design Engineer

• Job Details:Responsible for ELV systems design, estimation & implementation. Prepare proposals for clients. Follow up with suppliers/sub-contractors to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries. Ensures that all contractual terms and obligations of all projects are maintained. Review project plans and specifications and comment on building design, scheduling, possible cost savings measures.
