Date center operations managerFull Time

• Job Details:• Work closely with vendors during the SIT and implementation, and with business team during the UAT to solve and report the issues. • Follow up with vendor on reported issues and provide them with the issue logs. • Deploy software fixes and updates. • Conduct regular reviews to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of business continuity plans and procedures. • Ensure the continuous availability of production systems according to the business requirements. • Manage day to day server's health and reporting of the core infrastructure facilities. • Support and monitor the main Data Center and DR facilities (24/7). • Run close of business (COB) on daily and monthly basis. • Implement policies in backup systems and restore data when required. • Monitor core banking, SQL and Oracle daily backups. • Keep logs for issues and report it to line manager immediately for solutions to avoid repeat it. • Ensure full awareness and up to date with backup, recovery technologies, data replication and failover mechanisms.

Technical Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:● Work with key stakeholders, prospects, and customers to identify and prioritize product features and functionality. ● Interface with internal/external customers to understand requirements, set priorities, and communicate direction and progress. ● Work with the product team to ensure the team has accurate and understood requirements. ● Take projects or significant features from concept to implementation. ● Mentor, and coach Software Development Engineers at different levels of experience ● Work closely with Quality Control Team, Business Analyst team and UI/UX team. ● Manages all the activities of software development team. ● Make sure the software development team follows the timeline. ● Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the completion of tasks and projects. ● Sets attainable goals for team members to complete the project on time. ● Test and debug applications. ● Work with project management to ensure project status is accurate and issues are raised up quickly. ● Guide technical documentation of project requirements, developer processes, and end-user documentation. ● Support an excellent customer experience by being proactive in assessing escalations and working with the team to respond appropriately

Technical Development ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:● Software testing, implementation & configuration for core banking system T24 and DFA ● Install t24 and DFA new environment ● Report T24 and DFA issues which received from other departments to the vendor. ● Deploy updates, fixes and new features ● Manage application SMS ‘Security Management System’ ● Manage and create API for core banking system integration ● Create the required business reports using SQL reporting services 2014 & 2019 ● Manage and develop reporting database ● Manage virtual servers using vSphere ● Manage T24 system upgrade with vendor
