RESPONSIBILITIES

· Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
· Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
· Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
· Advise dealers and distributors on policies and operating procedures to ensure functional effectiveness of business.
· Investigate lost sales and customer accounts.
· Track, collate and interpret sales figures.
· Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue.

SALES TEAM MANAGEMENT:
· Set individual sales targets with sales team.
· Co-ordinate sales action plans for individual sales people.
· Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
· Ensure sales team has the necessary resources to perform properly.
