• Job Details:• Arranging shipping documents • Dispatching for clearance • Drafting Letters and applications to ministries (Arabic and English) • Arranging bank documents for payments (including LC based documents) • Preparing Export Documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, Health Certificate and other needed documents especially for GCC, Middle East Countries and United States of America) • Chamber of commerce Attestations regarding shipments • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another • Arrange transportation, schedule staff, and orchestrate deliveries to meet customer demand with little to no delay • Receive products and coordinate delivery • Prepare loads for shipment • Take steps to avoid quality control issues • Make sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels • Manage activities throughout the order fulfilment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met • Oversee inventory of goods and vehicles • Continually review freight costs, transportation rates, and/or the prices of raw materials to keep costs down where possible • Streamline shipping and transportation processes
