Warehouse ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Communicate & Manage daily program with delivery men to release goods to customer on daily basis • Supervise the day to day warehouse activities which includes Inbound, Outbound, Returns, and Stock Control • Monitor the stock minimum level of quantities and fulfil stock as required • Help the Warehouse Manager to develop inventory control plans& procedures in order to achieve and maintain a high level of inventory Accuracy • Receive imported shipment from shippers (offloading truck , entry to stock ) • Monthly reporting of stock key indicators • Managing stock activities according to company standards • Proven track record of achievement with an excellent commercial approach to solving problems, optimizing and training teams. Responsible for staff coaching and assessments, ensuring staff are up-to-date and all new procedures are adhered to. • Supervise the receipt, inspection, storage, cataloguing, inventorying and distribution of stock commodities in accordance to set regulations • Manage the warehouse operations in the absence of the manager and assign tasks to the staff accordingly • Ensure proper application of the inventory control group activities that are assigned to determine packaging and delivery requirements • Participate in the development and implementation of security control procedures for warehouse operations • Coordinate the surveillance and investigation of stock shortages, deviations from specifications, damages to shipments and delivery of partial shipments, resolve detected discrepancies by following up with vendors and freight companies and submitting appropriate reports • Oversee the regular transfer of documents between the stores and the other departments in order to ensure a proper operation of processes
