• Job Details:• Receiving and inspecting all incoming materials and reconciling with purchase orders • Ensuring adequate record keeping and managing all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintaining inventory control • Storing, and distributing material - • Processing incoming requisites and issuing or distributing parts and supplies for internal usage • Reporting, documenting, and tracking damages and discrepancies on orders received • Maintaining the warehouse, records area, and stores area in a neat and orderly manner • Ensuring adequate inventory levels at all times • Ensuring all operational records are properly and accurately maintained in the SAP system • Sorting and placing materials or items on racks, shelves, or bins according to assigned inventory location • Issuing material in a current system based on request specifications • Performing inventory audits at all warehouses, as required • Maintaining receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom • Performing other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies • Inspecting deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reporting those to account for reimbursements and record-keeping • Stocked and restocked inventory upon delivery receipt, maintaining accurate supply records.
