• Job Details:conducting research on the different technical job requests I receive to understand the role and what and the technical tools required exactly and what the main use and the idea behind them to be aware of the whole dimensions of the case in order to work for it in the best established way. prepare the job announcement with full discretion from the orientation and introducing of the company to what the company needs from the desired candidate, job Responsibilities, and the requirements also the full job , announced to public, details also to prepare an attractive design media for matching and containing the highlights of the announcement to use in advertising. starting to publish the announcement in the different potential sourcing platforms specially LinkedIn. start reaching out and connecting to candidates that are potentially matching and could be interested in the vacancy. start filtering and prioritizing the received resumes I received to schedule them a online Screening interview. filtering the passed candidates through the online interview and sending feedback email to all of them describing the whole perspectives for the taken decision and building future potential communication with them. handling the accepted candidates to the platform and keep following up on their status till they are handled to the client also keep following up to ensure that the communication is going smooth and to keep the candidates updated with the process and their status.
