• Job Details:• Business Requirements handling and documentation • Prepare Business document requirement, SRS, FSD for projects. • Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs • Delivering detailed requirements from Business Clients to technical. • Quality assurance of service delivery as per requirements and time schedule. • Functioning as a Representative for the ISO 9001 certification authority. • Selects, develops and evaluate internal Quality Auditors. • Develops audit plans and schedules for monitoring performance of quality control and quality inspector personnel and plans, organizes, and directs quality assurance audits for assigned projects. • Organizes and leads the Internal Quality Audit process and is responsible for arranging and liaising Audit visits by contacting Unit Heads of concerned area and external Surveillance Auditors. • Preserves Internal Quality Audit Questionnaires / Other documentation i.e Non Conformity Reports / Corrective Action Requests / Internal Quality Logs and obtain feedback from surveillance Audits. • Finalizes Internal Quality Audit reports by validating audit findings / Discussing root cause and closures of non conformities with heads of departments and approve closures./ Conducts Management Review Meetings periodically. • Monitors, evaluate and analyze Audit findings and follows up on Non Conforming Reports (NCRs) and Corrective Action Requests (CARs) to ensure that the resolution of all outstanding reports.

Monitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actions. Maintain system protocols by writing and updating procedures. Provide references and support for system's end- users. Maintain user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Design and develop technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends, according to end-users requirements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Software engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1. Responsible for automating projects for testing purposes 2. Write automation scripts that are used in Regression testing phase. 3. Analyze new quotations for new projects, and design its final HLD with estimation of resources, number of test cases and time needed. 4. Write test cases 5. Execute test cases 6. Extract test data 7. Running the automated scripts at regression phase. 8. Sending Projects’ status. 9. Reporting Defects. 10. Also acting as a shadow with the Business analysis team, and attend their meetings while gathering the requirements. 11. Involved at interviewing new candidates. 12. Participate in the Automation and Business analysis initiative, as a tutor.
