• Job Details:-Ensure all TCAs are deployed in line with the specific day's Rota . -Liaise with the duty officer to make changes to TCAs rotas as necessary. -Making Multiple rounds a slot monitoring the team and making sure the rota is being followed. -Moving and changing people's roles based on rota needs. -Doing the pay claims every month.
