• Job Details:Prepare journal entries and allocate each payment to its cost type in the proper period. Make sure that all purchases are done through purchase orders and compare supplier’s offers to get the best prices. Invoices verification with the approved P/R and P/O and prepare cheques, transfers and cash payments. Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget and prepare Deviation/ Gap analysis and conduct a variance investigation, reporting and corrective actions. SUN account monthly closing (till October 2011). Shifting to SAP starting from October 2011. Maintain monthly cash balance as per SOP’s. Follow up the advances to ensure not having long outstanding balances. Assist with the tax advisor during the year and during the inspection to understand tax position and tax authority needs and the right allocation of the expenses to avoid any tax fines.
