• Job Details:• Manager of electrical maintenance department. • Responsibility for the installations and commissioning for various factory machinery • Participation in Planning and locating the Distribution Panel Rooms for factory • Participation in planning and locating cable layout for factory • Electrical installations for several systems ( Shuttle kilns, Tunnel kilns, Dryers, Carousel system for spray, Transfer system, Batching system, Slip preparation system, Glaze preparation system, High Pressure Casting Machines, Automatic Casting System and Heating System of casting halls with foreign experts • Commissioning of all electrical systems of the factory with foreign experts • Determining the spare parts needed for maintenance or repair, order them from their sources, and supervising their installation • Design and Implementation of control and operation panels and Selection of power cable sizes. • Supervision of electrical construction (cable trenches and manholes, cable trays, Cable piping, and cable laying) • Installation of Earthing Systems For The factory. • Preparing daily reports, following up on store quantities of the department’s needs, making purchase orders for the required components, and assisting the purchasing department in finding suppliers to supply at reasonable prices. • Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and Predictive maintenance plans for various site machinery, by preparing Work orders accordingly and forming work groups. • Responsibility for maintenance of all electrical systems of the factory Used excellent problem-solving and issue-resolution strategies to rectify difficulties • Supervising the installation of The Fire Alarm System, Testing, and Receiving it From The Contracting Company responsible for the installations.

Electrical Site EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage Electrical Maintenance team of the site • Carrying out installation work for Generators, Irrigation pivots, Submersible pumps, and Fertilizer perpetration spray panels. • Supervising the installation of power station to replace generators for agricultural crop storage refrigerators with capacity 5 MVA • Maintenance of 6 caterpillar diesel generators (C15 - 500KVA) • Maintenance of 80 Doosan Diesel generators (Doosan P126TI) • Maintenance of submersible pumps panels (Franklin - Grundfos) • Maintenance of center Pivot irrigation system (VALLEY- Zimmatic-T-L) • Maintenance of water purification plant of the site • Preparing daily reports, following up on store quantities of the department’s needs, and Making purchase orders for the required components. • Responsibility for the implementation of corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance plans for various site machinery, by preparing work orders accordingly and forming work groups • Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns.
