• Job Details:Responsible for sourcing vehicle units, goods, equipment, and services vendors. Creating purchase orders in SAP for the procurement of vehicles and office general purchases. Maintain and keep updated an inventory of new fleet vehicles. In-charge of spare key management. Data entry and creation of reports. Negotiates and/or procures items from pre-negotiated supplier contracts for equipment, supplies, and services from suppliers and subcontractors within budgetary limitations and scope of authority.
