• Job Details:• Preparing financial reports “monthly, quarterly and per year” by using pivot table in Excel. • Recording transaction in American Journal & ledger (More than 150 transaction per week) • Calculate the required amounts for VAT and tax authority • Issue invoices by ORACLE, Review & collect bills according to contracts. • Calculate the salaries & over-time for employees according to fingerprint System. • Recording transaction in E- accounting system. • Control Company expenses and revenue and prepare P&L. • Selecting and interviewing candidates for projects and assigning tasks to them. • Marketing for EGYPTO foreign agents products. • Meet heads of companies and market EGYPTO services. • Receive tenders and estimate budgets allocated to them. • Carrying out EGYPTO works with the Social Insurance and the irregular employment offices.
