• Job Details:Responsibilities • Processes reservation by mail, telephone and fax or central reservation system referral. • Processes reservation from the sales office, other hotel department and travel agents. • Knows the type of room available as well as their location and layout. • Knows the selling status, rates and benefits of all package plans. • Communicates reservation information to the front desk. • Processes cancellations, modification and promptly relays this information to the front desk. • Understands the hotel's policy on guaranteed reservation and no-show. • Processes advance deposits on reservation. • Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed. • To be aware of all front office procedures and assist with reception duties when required.

Guest Service Agent Full Time

• Job Details:Responsibilities • Served guests at the Front Desk while providing the highest level of service. • Provided recognition and consistency to achieve guest satisfaction. • Processed all payment types such as cash, checks, and credit cards. • Coordinated with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in.
