• Job Details:1 . Implement the sales strategies & plan, increase volumes. 2 . Create annually & monthly sales throw branch tracking sheet. 3 . Identify accomplishments, deviations with respect to the annual sales plan per branch. 4 . Organize & develop lectures and lecture's schedules. 5 . Create monthly and quarterly sales performance reports to upper management per branch. 6 . Responsible for setting & managing attendance schedules for branches administrators.. 7 . Update, renew information regarding products to customers & circulate it within the department. 8 . Ensure the submission of all receipts, cash and invoices to the finance with detailed report via branch executives. 9 . Perform managerial functions planning ,organizing , leading , & controlling 10 . Perform management activities coaching, delegation, development, motivation, conflict resolution, problem solving, hiring, and training. 11 . Inspect & audit subordinates performance by meeting customers face to face and ask for feedback. 12 .Retain customers through handling complaints & carrying problem solving.
