• Job Details:Audit& Tax tasks: • Assist in the process of evaluating the adequacy & effectiveness of internal control. Assist in developing recommendations for corrective actions. • Ensure full controls over company assets and equity, Handling company’s Risk management and insurance. • Review the permanent audit documentation and update as necessary. • Assist in preparing an engagement working program. • Identifies the key control points of the system. • Performing the audit programs procedures. • Prepare a summary for findings and issues. • Prepare reports to manager. • Inspection of financial statements (quarterly and yearly) according to: - General related audit objectives. - Balance related audit objectives. - Transaction related audit objectives. Book keeping tasks: • Checking the reliability and accuracy of the accounting records. • Preparing the financial statements in accordance with the Egyptian accounting standards. • Preparing the fixed assets depreciation schedule with deferent depreciation methods. • Preparing and Tracking sales Tax claims monthly. • Prepare payments for accounts payables and invoicing for accounts receivable. • Prepare Bank reconciliation. • Preparation of financial statements and management reporting (quarterly, and yearly). • Preparing cash flow and forecast statements. • Preparing & calculating the salaries & wages payroll. • Dealing with all types of taxes and to act before the authority of taxes and appeal committees.
