• Job Details: - Responsible for conducting professional training with the latest sales techniques plus product inventory and American market overview. - Responsible for managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. -Responsible for selecting targets through out making certain that my travel advisors are talking to the decision makers who can approve large opportunities that will come to fruition in the near future. - Responsible for defining priorities throughout helping my sales force prioritize what opportunities they pursue and how much time and effort they spend on each opportunity keeping key opportunities that are real and relevant to the current circumstances in the crosshairs of my salespeople. - Responsible for monitoring compliance throughout providing data that allows me and other leaders in the organization to monitor what is happening in the marketplace regarding customers, competitors and surrounding regulations and technology shifts. - Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings.
