• Job Details:• Perform the modelling of multi-phase oil/ gas gathering and re-injection systems; Multiphase and Single Phase Steady state analysis, system optimization and detailed reporting; Multiphase and Single Phase Transient analysis and detailed reporting. • Perform and check pipeline calculations and design • Lead Flow Assurance Engineer in all or some of the following for the flow assurance scope: organize/plan jobs, write/review specifications, prepare/maintain schedules, develop/monitor estimates and manpower forecasts, assign work, work with project/client/field • Interface with the pipeline engineering team • Preparation of projects PFD's, P&I Diagrams, instrument loading data and Line designation Tables (LDT). • Develop and issues pipeline projects process and utilities flow diagrams, process descriptions and process utilities design basis. • Prepare and develop pumps and equipment process data sheets. • Prepare and issue the Cause and Effect (Shut down) matrix for projects. • Participate in issuance of process packages material requisitions for inquiry and purchase. • Participates in the plant / pipeline pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities. • Participates in HAZID and HAZOP studies.
