• Job Details:Working as Sales supervisor at Etisalat Misr including managing Stores experience 1- Achieve 100% from Monthly Outlet Points target. 2- Ensure that at least 80% from staff achieved 100% from their individual target 3- Achieve 100% in Quality Visits reports 4- Ensure staff adherence to company policy and procedures as well as fraud rules 5- Ensure inventory accuracy through 3 daily physical counts & once quarterly by serials 6- Close monitoring for stock balance & always keeping the optimum stock level 7- Ensure a smooth day to day operation & cash handling process 8- Maintaining the IVR survey results 9- Staff Attitude, Appearance & punctuality 10- Meeting deadlines for assigned tasks 11- Engagement & generate motivational spirit across staff 12- Plan and ensure 100% of staff attendance in internal and external training
