• Job Details:- Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line. - Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime analysis and efficiency analysis). - Supervise orders and stocking of spare parts / raw materials, to ensure they meet needs, and coordinate with logistics department accordingly. - Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives based on machinery performance supervision. - Implements maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. - Monitoring waste rates, production scrap analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste. - Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.

Mechanical Maintenance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Repair machines within the workshop, depot or on site as required to ensure conformance with manufactures specification and Company policy. - Installs, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, inspect, checks and test a variety of mechanical systems and equipment. - Responding to breakdowns, prepares and organizes person, parts and equipment needed for the assigned projects. - Prepare documents requisitions, estimates for parts and quotations and submit service and/or shop reports for the job under my supervision to service manager in a timely organized manner. - Review on-going workshop maintenance and repair projects and provide engineering support for their completion
