• Job Details:My ROLE As a PROJECT MANAGER for the renowned company in the Aluminum and Glazing field. I am responsible for managing high-end projects under the supervision of a Senior Projects Manager, where our scope of work for these projects comprised the exterior facades curtain walls, Top Hung windows, Hinged Doors, sliding Doors, light steel structures, Fascia, Glazed Handrail, louvers, screen louvers, skylights, composite metal cladding. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Managing projects from Conception through to completion of scope. -Prepare Estimates and Value Engineering analysis during the design process -Coordination with the main contractor and other trades providing a smooth flow of the project. -Providing technical support for the project team and other contributing departments. -Responsible for initiating and reviewing shop drawings and production orders. -Responsible for releasing Material takeoff sheets, monitoring and controlling procurement, and Conducting material requisition to meet the project's plans and priorities. -Managing and controlling projects budgets, claiming variations, and conducting cost reduction. -Responsible for the completion of all documentation/submittals. -Directing the Production of Checklists and reports for materials and installations

• Job Details:As a PROJECT MANAGER for one of the giants in the industry. I am responsible for managing several intricate projects under the supervision of a Senior projects manager, where our scope of work for these projects was/is the exterior and interior facades including Blast Resistant curtain walls, inclined blast-resistant spider system facades fixed on space trusses, and supported with tension rods, sliding windows, spider system canopy, light steel structures, add-on system, photolytic cells sunshades, louvers, screen louvers, automatic doors, skylights, composite metal cladding. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: -Managing projects from pre-production through to completion of scope. -Coordination with the main contractor and other trades providing a smooth flow of the project. -Providing technical support for the project team and other contributing departments. -Responsible for initiating and reviewing production orders and shop drawings. -Responsible for monitoring and controlling procurement and material requisition to meet the project's plans and priorities. -Managing and controlling projects budgets, claiming variations, and conducting cost reduction. -Responsible for the completion of all documentation/submittals. -Directing the Production of Checklists and reports for materials and installations
