• Job Details:• Generate new account deals. • Farming existing accounts. • Set and achieve sales goals and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis. • Create strong relationships and connections. • Engaging with Pre-sales and purchasing departments. • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client. • Resolving key account issues and complaints. • Identify areas which can improve customer satisfaction, then communicate possible solutions to upper management.
