• Job Details: Understand and implement NPW (Nissan Production Way).  Daily follow up with overseas suppliers to order confirmation.  Receive the payments on planned time and follow the transfer date.  Reporting the with the ETD and MRD confirmation.  Pipe line update for overseas orders.  Update the MCDR Report daily, sending the KD orders and Claims sheet weekly.  Monitoring the direct parts stock on monthly bases and make balance orders if needed.  Update the confirmation sheet for production plan “Direct Parts”.  Track, control and prepare daily reports for the amount of damaged parts by department.  Making a rigid system for controlling the scrape parts.  Managing all the repairing processes for the CKD parts (Body, trim) parts at NMEG.  Prevention Damage from Source (Analysis and taking Counter measure for the top concerns in all functions and departments at NMEG.  Preparation SOS for all repairing processes inside NMEG or from the other supplier.  Preparation of the Repair cost sheet for the repairing processes (Supplier Responsibility).

Senior Industrial EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and production standards.  Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.  Draft and design layout of equipment, materials, and workspace to illustrate maximum efficiency, using drafting tools and computer.  Review production schedules, engineering specifications, orders, and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods, procedures, and activities.  Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.  Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine worker functions and responsibilities.  Implement methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, and assess cost and responsibility.  Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards, establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products.  Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing equipment and engineering drawings to formulate corrective action plan.  Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities, and maintenance requirements.

Senior Planning & Production Engineer Full Time

• Job Details: Actively participated in "real time" preliminary material review (PMR) and material review board (MRB) activities.  Coordinated activities with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Inventory Control.  Schedule and expedited the production to meet customer shipping dates.  Prepare products costing (raw materials) related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the products budgets.  Follows up daily production output and compares results to the previously sets schedules and makes changes to schedule when necessary to meet the production targets.  Analyses the gaps in the production schedule and sets corrective actions for production deviation with coordination with the PSI Planning Supervisor.  Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtimes and outages.  Implement cost reduction initiatives while maintaining high quality standards.  Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, space requirements and equipment layout.  Submits daily production results for each machine report and updates the dash board.  Assures products and processes quality by designing testing methods; testing finished-product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.  Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special service.
