• Job Details:* Assisting the technical office in completing the B.O.Q, project and providing all the required information and quotations as quickly as possible while adhering to the technical specifications * Searching for new suppliers with better and less prices and high quality and opening relationships and negotiating with them, while maintaining the existing suppliers. * Negotiate contract terms with subcontractors and search for the best contract model while developing a payment system that meets the company's financial requirements. * Create an electronic and paper system to record all purchases for reference at any time. * Update warehouse data continuously before purchasing. * Coordination with the Financial Department to provide the necessary funds to implement the purchase orders of the sites and the company * Submit all purchase invoices after recording them to the financial department * Coordination to provide the site requirements of various materials on time. * Arrange supply dates with suppliers and locations according to the schedule followed. * Commitment to the dates specified for the supply to prevent any delay or disruption of the sites. * Create a database for current and new suppliers.
