• Job Details:o Determine the size and scope of goods, supplies and services distribution in terms of quantity and best utilization of given resources o Analyze dispatch process and make improvement suggestions as necessary in order to fulfill the company dispatch set target daily, weekly monthly and yearly. o Plan trucks availability with fleet control section making sure that needed trucks are active on time o Set off load plan for port operations when it comes to off load vessels via external transporter and in harmony with operation section head o Handle communication of different timber and fly ash operations according to instructions of the operation manager o Plan and follow up receiving materials from different vendors ( limak and others) o Prepare and deliver logistics reports to General Manager o Develop methods and procedures for scheduling of raw materials from suppliers to support manufacturing in achieving customer demand and minimizing cost impacts to LNL o Plan and manage customer service activities including order entry, customer satisfaction, interface with sales, production, labs, regulatory, and quality ensuring that LNL customer service creates competitive advantage in marketplace including resolving critical customer complaints o Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, give performance indicators and help to recap gaps o Help planning the inventory management process, defining departmental strategies for appropriate inventory levels, eliminating obsolete and off-spec material, and reduce aging material o Interact with production planning team to foreseen batches and prepare distribution accordingly o Works as LNL reports administrator and with no deviation he should be involved in all report formats and producing from different sections at the company then approve from GM prior any sending.
