• Job Details:-Develop monthly activities plan [Production – Materials purchases – Equipment’s allocations- Inventory levels]. -Evaluate operational effectiveness and strategy performance -Conducts feasibility study of new projects and coordinates the interactions between departments -Managing and creating the monthly result meeting framework and outcomes -Analyze the variances and deviations from the budget or expected performance. The department should reach the root cause of the variances and deviations. -Scientific recommendations for all departments to boost their performance and abide with the budget and expected performance -Submit monthly consolidated report to the CEO for variances and recommendations sent to the departments. The report shall include performance % achievements of the tasks accomplishments -Developing and update sales pricelist according to market trends and materials prices. -Ensure right cogs & right quality [Standard Mix design Vs Actual mix design]. -Ensure warehouse efficiency and stock control according to the plan based on items turnover [Actual figures]. -Ensure optimum equipment availability according to month production plan, Following up maintenance plan and cost [Budget Vs Actual]. -Creating the monthly result meeting framework and outcomes. -Coordinate and follow up with all departments the action plan to achieve the best performance and eliminate the variances from the budget -Submit monthly consolidated report for departmental evaluations and any opportunity plan for development if any. -Analyze the variances and deviations from the budget or expected performance.
