• Job Details:● Follow up clearance process at all ports for all import and export shipments Air / Sea ● Supervise brokers at all ports to ensure a smooth process and releasing process ASAP ● Attend meeting with customs officials to solve any problem and accelerate release process ● Involved in calculating and processing duties and taxes to be paid ● Send weekly and monthly reports to upper management for all import and export shipments ● Contact customers and follow up clearance document cycles to ensure a smooth process and release ● Manage transportation process from ports to customers warehouses ● Track trips to ensure safety and good transportation of goods ● Revise transportation invoices and settled it and payments process
