• Job Details:- Carry out supplier research to ensure we have sufficient suppliers to meet the needs of the program. - Negotiate with the suppliers to ensure best value contracts. - Order goods and services. - Ensure that all goods and services procured are of a high standard and are delivered on time and to budget. - Deal with internal and external enquiries related to orders processed within the team. - Ensure catering delivery for project’s activities and workshops. - To work with the finance officer to ensure bills are submitted and paid promptly. - Maintain accurate stock records. - Maintain all office equipment. - To continuously find ways of improving the delivery of the procurement function. - Plan, organize and manage the work of transportation suppliers. - Plan, organize and manage the work of accommodation suppliers and ensure availability to meet requests. - Responsible for “workshops needs” delivery to all Moderyas prior to delivery and any other requirements.
