• Job Details:Responsible for selling lighting products.  Developing positive relationships and handling customers’ needs.  Analyze costs and sales to drive profitable decision-making.  Deliver technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.  Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions, ensuring customer satisfaction.  Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.  Follow-up on client proposals and monitor the order processing and cash flow status of the project.  Persuading clients that our services will best satisfy their needs.  Prepare and submit weekly progress reports on the assigned accounts to the Sales Manager.

Sales EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Visiting customers to follow up existing and new projects and to generate new opportunities.  Responsible for Meeting Sales targets of lighting field.  Building sales pipeline via customer visits, site visits, sales presentations.  Preparing presentations to explain our company's products or services to Customers.  Understand customer requirements and needs in order to provide support as well contacting new & potential customers.  Generating sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating, prices, completing sales, and following up order until delivery.  Identifying problems & communicating these issues & possible solutions to upper management.

Senior Tendering EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Analyzing plans, bills of quantities and other project documentation in order estimate costs.  Building direct contact with manufacturing.  Determine most cost-effective fit of product to project specifications and requirements.  Researching, negotiating and obtaining the best prices and quotes from suppliers.  Study quotation requests and prepare commercial & technical offers.  Provide technical support for the clients.  Contact and meet clients to make sure that quotations are clear.  Prepare & revise submittals and Compliance Sheet for the consultants.
