• Job Details:Main Responsibilities: - Doing the forecasting plan monthly based on the most accurate and recent history considering seasonality . - Determining the net requirements based on forecast, stocks, and consumption figures. - Negotiating with the vendors to get the best quotations. - Creating the PO with the needed approvals, and send it back to the vendor. - Following up on the deliveries of each PO. - Measuring the SSL (Supplier service level), in three dimensions, Quality, Quantity, and on-time delivery. - Implementing DRP (Distribution Requirement Plan), to estimate the needed stock/item for each store. - Initiating an inventory policy for each store, based on the demand of each SKU to provide good product availability . - Tracking the sales performance of each item, and notify the marketing team with the proposed list of promotions, to avoid obsolesce. - Enhancing the sales cycle, by creating a monthly brochure with promotions through discussions with the suppliers. - Conducting a market survey, to check the competitors prices, and to check the new products that might have good sales opportunities. - Doing KPIs and sales reports monthly for each category by value and volume.
