• Job Details:- Lead the incident management process and investigation meetings using root cause analysis RCA and fault tree analysis FTA techniques in order to identify the root causes and proposing the proper corrective actions and finally track the implementation of these actions to prevent re-occurrence and avoid similar incidents. - Manage and track all environment, health and safety KPIs by action tracking register ATR tools and performance analysis of different indicators including reporting versus closing all the findings arise from safety walks, tours, incidents, audits and other safety related findings. - Develop and advice implementation of all safe operation procedures SOPs and lead the regular revision and update to ensure its effectiveness against available resources and process continual improvement and change. - Lead and manage H&S team of safety technicians and officers of all locations to follow-up day-to-day activities. - Propose the annual environment, health and safety budget and control expenses with quarter budget revision. - Spread awareness and cultivate knowledge of the occupational health & safety into people working in the value stream. - Drive for creating culture of safety and considering safety is the priority for everyone. - Develop and implement the process of the hazard identification and risk assessment and ensure of utilizing this process to define the hazards and risk at the workplace. - Manage and track the safety KPI’s of all departments and lead the reporting channels of the safety performance.

• Job Details:Develop, update, and provide several safety training programs, sessions and toolbox talks according to the annual training plan and training matrix for each job role and achieving the objective and targeted training hours per employee. Also, ensure the training effectiveness using several tools including culture survey and after-before training assessment. ▪ Lead the incident management process and investigation meetings using root cause analysis RCA and fault tree analysis FTA techniques in order to identify the root causes and proposing the proper corrective actions and finally track the implementation of these actions to prevent re-occurrence and avoid similar incidents. ▪ Manage and track all environment, health and safety KPIs by action tracking register ATR tools and performance analysis of different indicators including reporting versus closing all the findings arise from safety walks, tours, incidents, audits and other safety related findings. ▪ Coordinate and manage all health and safety related documents, plans, procedures, meetings and evaluation with all clients and contractors of all locations and sites. ▪ Participate in contractor selection and evaluation based on full safety assessment and monitor their safety performance to ensure that they aligned with H&S policies and procedures based on the contract H&S addendum. ▪ Keep, maintain and report regularly all H&S reports, which represent company H&S performance to Regional H&S Manager, General Manager and Top Management. Moreover, participate effectively in monthly safety steering committee with MCM. ▪ Develop and advice implementation of all safe operation procedures SOPs and lead the regular revision and update to ensure its effectiveness against available resources and process continual improvement and change. ▪ Lead and manage H&S team of safety technicians and officers of all locations to follow-up day-to-day activities. ▪ Propose the annual environment, health and safety budget and control expenses with quarter budget revision. ▪ Develop and update all emergency preparedness plans and supervise regular fire and evacuation drills execution.
