• Job Details:• Assists, plans, and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including UAE Code of Practice and Railway code of practice. • Formulate Strategic Business Plan to monitor, enhance, and control following major HSSE issues in the communities. • Accountable for Assistance for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Health, Safety, and Environment Management System (HSEMS) and to support the achievement of the safety goals and objectives of the organization. • Accountable to participate and support line management in HSE meetings and another forum to emphasize the continual improvement in health and safety culture. • Perform regular risk assessments to detect potential hazards in the communities. Conduct regular site visits to facilitate the evaluation of risks in the communities and submit weekly reports to HSE Director and MD with a recommendation of precautionary measures to mitigate the identified risks. • Develop specific safety procedures with the Site Team to address identified risks and challenges. • Ensure that the Contractor/Service Provider's activities comply with Contractor HSE Plan and conform to the terms and conditions of the contract between Company and Contractor. • Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety in the delivery of services in the master communities. • In coordination with concerned Project Managers, facilitate periodic inspection of facilities, equipment, and machinery operation to observe possible unsafe conditions Submit a detailed program of periodic inspection and detailed reports with recommendations.
