Procurement Planning ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for final negotiation of Raw and Packaging materials and factory equipment. • Reduce Stock value and decrease the MOQ. • Overcome materials near to expire by 100%. • Zero Production line stoppage due to material shortage. • Prepare the Cash-to-Cash cycle plan & control shipment utilization using the sea rate load calculator. • Implement First In First Out (FIFO) and standardize the workplace to reduce inventory levels. • Interface with Regional SCM to plan and prioritize procurement activities. • Develop forecasting methods in partnership with SCM. • Keep track of the open POs with the procurement Supervisor through weekly reports. • Following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules with the procurement supervisors and resolving the supply, quality, service, and invoicing issues with vendors. • Coordinate with the logistics in charge of customs clearance of the shipments. • Follow-up with the warehouse in charge of materials receiving. • Follow-up with the Quality Control department for materials release. • Evaluate vendor performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices. • Follow-up with R&D for the status of material variation submitted to SFDA. • Liaison with Finance for on-time payment to the vendor. • Work under cGMP conditions.

Procurement SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Sourcing materials, negotiating prices and terms with suppliers, and vendors. • Develop and maintain professional relationships with all suppliers. • Monitor suppliers’ performance to assess their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements. • Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics, engineering, and quality assurance, to identify or qualify new suppliers. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify needs for goods and services. • Review demand forecasts with SCM and delivery schedules with the logistics team. • Monitor forecasts and quotas to identify changes or to determine their effect on supply chain activities. • Define performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of supply chain factors, such as product cost and quality. • Establish supply schedules and communicate requirements to members of the supply chain. • Monitor activities related to strategic or tactical purchasing, material requirements planning, inventory control, and warehousing. • Prepare various monthly reports for operations and finance departments. • Review planned orders, create requisitions for purchased items, and manage the approval process. • Transmit and prioritize approved purchase orders and supporting documents to the supplier. • Track order acknowledgment, prepare and communicate shortage and backlog reports, and provide visibility of potential interruptions to internal customers. • Track orders and update system lead times, delivery dates, and costs. • Review, update, and maintain purchase orders until they are closed. • Ensure orders adhere to supplier agreements and contracts; report non-conformance. • Lead finance and logistics staff in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.

Foreign Purchasing SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Issue purchase orders. • Follow up with the supplier until the delivery of goods, get the order confirmation, check all the details mentioned and determine the delivery date. • Arrange the shipping logistics with the forwarding company. • Follow up with the supplier to secure receiving the original documents. • Deliver the documents to the customs clearance agency and follow up with them until the arrival of the goods. • Deliver the packing list to the storekeeper upon the arrival of the goods. • Insure the arrival of goods in a condition identical to the ordered items. • Evaluate suppliers for each shipment. • Follow up on the supplier’s payment by sending the due invoices to the Accounting Department. Send a copy of the bank transfer telex to the supplier. • Negotiate and follow up with the supplier or the insurance company about the arrival of either the missing parts or the replacements for the defected parts if any. • Maintain history records for all purchased items.
