• Job Details:-Studying project Documents well (Contract,BOQs& Drawings ) - Create Master Schedule with Planning Manager,CM & PM -Create Baseline Schedule to be reviewed by planning manager and PM with confrimation from consultant by next steps : - Create WBS and WBS code - Create activity list and activity dictionary - Using CSI code (divisions ) to create activity codes - make resources dictionary and assign them on activities - assignment durations on activities by using limited durations method - relate the activities to make plan and schedule for the project - make updates on baseline schedule by collecting data from site to follow up time and cost of the progress by earned value - weekly reports of the progress for PM with some issues, problems and out of sekounses with corrective action

Assistant Chief EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Technical office: - Analyses BOQ & Making Quantity Surveying of each item of the project which needed - Selective materials and take approval from consultant by samples - Cost Estimation & Analysis for each of materials & SC - Shopdrawing for any detail which needed then take approval from Consultant - Invoicing and following the financial summaries /files with the consultant. - Project Executing: - Helping consultant in selecting SC - Handling the executing plans - Handling SCs and managing their activities - Handling materials, Equipments and labors on site - Helping SCs in Technical issues - Make sure of quality of construction method of each item - QS for each item which already had constructed - Daily meeting with SCs in order to handle tomorrow plan - Daily Reports for Chief Engineer by today's actions.

Site supervisor engineerFull Time

• Job Details:- Achieve the rollout targets with quality needed & full compliance to EHS requirements - Role mainly operated and deeply involved in filed operation, main responsible for field risk based on 2 steps planning, real time monitor. - Daily Follow up plan completion and update next day rollout plan - Supervision, sharing SC in construction from A to Z - Making Power Path survey & estimation the Quantity - Making coordination with SC, Consultant, Suppliers & Owners - Helping RF team in finding the suitable place to install the web in - Helped to solve site problems by applying technical expertise in handling work - Set work schedules, coordinated site facilities and monitored progress - Estimated costs associated with labor, equipment and materials required to produce specific designs - Visited construction sites daily to evaluate work quality - Facilitated goal acquisition through system design review, website configuration and installation schedule coordination - Reviewed construction work against technical designs and drawings to assess compliance - Coordinated and facilitated onsite consultant, regulatory and client representative inspections - Audited sites to collect and analyze structural, electrical and engineering data
