• Job Details:Achievements ▪ Participated in obtaining the quality certificate IATF 16949. ▪ Successfully implemented 5S principles in all production workplaces. ▪ Improved production output (daily productivity) by the best equipment and manpower utilization. ▪ Participated in the project of reducing labor turnover. ▪ Created and implemented a production incentive scheme to meet production plans. ▪ Participated in installing the tubes fabrication line (new production line), and launching the new product. ▪ Successfully dealt with some crises such as economic, supply chain disruptions, labor shortages… ▪ Reduce wastes through layout changes, daily stand-up meetings, stopping excessive production over plans, and reducing extra processes, …. ▪ Reducing overtime to the lowest levels. Responsibilities ▪ Prepare, maintain, and analyze production reports data (Productivity, Quality, scrap, downtime, Overtime, etc.). ▪ Ensuring that quality control standards are met (monitoring quality standards of products, overseeing production processes, process control audit). ▪ Ensuring that SHEQ regulations are met. ▪ Monitoring and ensuring the execution of maintenance plans to maximize equipment performance. ▪ Hire, train, coach, supervise, and evaluate the junior staff by coordinating with the HR dep, according to organizational structure and regulations. ▪ Ensuring the implementation of 5S and Visual management system. ▪ Estimating, negotiating, agreeing, and analyzing budgets and timescales with managers and financial departments. Continuously controlling production cost, spending plan, and identifying/rectifying waste measurement. ▪ Allocating resources, and ensuring the best utilization and sufficiency. ▪ Planning and coordinating production schedules to meet production plans and service level agreements. ▪ Manage the activities of reviewing production processes through designs and quality plans. ▪ Participate in Planning, organizing, and leading new technical projects including time schedules, budgeting, and technical designs. ▪ Participate in new products costing and OEM pricing. ▪ Participating in the competitor comparison (an ongoing process).

Quality Assurance EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Job Responsibilities * Design new processes in flow chart forms. * Participate in systems integration after process design. * Creating and implementing internal audit plans. * Collect and compile statistical quality data. * Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. * Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in implementing training plans. * Leading and participating in Brainstorming meetings.

Process Engineering Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Job responsibilities  Following up monthly financial reports.  Following up quality reports and maintenance plans for equipment.  Responsible for process standardization among 3 sites.  Controlling process changes and creation of new product processes.
