• Job Details:Duties:  Strategic planning and Budget preparation and controlling.  Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the company and future Business decisions might be impacted.  Managing month-end close and prepare financial statements on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.  Cost and financial analysis and Finding ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes in order to drive value within the business through margin enhancement, lowering costs and driving operational efficiencies.  Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to minimize risk.  Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance.  Align with external auditor (Adel Shalaby) & internal auditors by analyzing and providing information and reports.  Developing financial reporting systems.  Advising on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take  Tax following.  Comply with governmental financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining compliance.  Capital and cash management.  Following customers collection and balance confirmation and develop proceures and policies for credit terms .  Following suppliers payments ,balance confirmation.  Following the imported shipments status .  Controlling and developing inventores procedures.  Controlling and developing Products assembly .
