Monthly • Ensure that all branch managers responsible for their management send the required reports to the Operations Manager. Monthly Weekly • Meeting twice a month with the Operations Manager and meeting with the Branch Managers responsible for their management to discuss sales. • Coordinating the schedule of holidays for branch managers responsible for their management and official holidays as stipulated in the regulation. Monthly periodic • Opening the door for any new contracts (without any agreements and then handing them over to the concerned department) as follows: New appointments from competitors. . . Repairs or modifications in the decorations of the branches, agreements with clinics or hospitals. Big sales. C New marketing or advertising ideas. Nomination of new branches to join the chain of pharmacies • Visiting the store every two weeks and meeting with the Director of Stores and Purchasing and making sure to complete the deficiencies of all classifications and reviewing the supply orders and exchange permissions fortnightly periodic • Full responsibility for the expiration cycle of all items in the branches responsible for Its departments • Meeting with the Human Resources Department (before or during the salary closing period) to review penalties and discounts. • Follow up the growth of the number of customers (delivery and cash) and ensure the availability of promotional materials for each branch • Coordinating events with the sales and advertising department. • Periodic follow-up of the performance evaluation of new employees and work on training and developing them and coordinating with the Human Resources Department in the event of a need to provide specific training such as (dealing with the Softech program Or selling cosmetic tools) • Follow up on the commitment to wear the hoodie, disbursement of pledges • Follow up on the application of the schedules for the delivery and delivery supervisors periodically • Ensure the review of deficiencies and the exchange of items (stagnant) between the branches before making the order from the warehouse.
