• Job Details:: Manage all accounting processes on Computerized Accounting System SAP B1. • Generating invoices, credit notes and account statements. • Revising invoices, checks, processing, and maintaining up-to-date billing system. • Following up on, collecting, allocating payments, and making sure the payments are collected on time. • Resolving collection discrepancies. • Analyzing customer arrangements and transactions to ensure correct revenue recognition. • Maintaining a price list for eCommerce channels. • Preparing and maintaining documentation for all areas of responsibility. • Ensuring that detailed accounting documentation is compiled and maintained in support of relevant legal, • regulatory, and audit requirements. • Reviewing and approving all stock transfers involving the consignment customers. • Controlling on the Customer Accounting & Reviewing receivable transactions. • Verifying receivables balances, monitoring the customers balances confirmation and performing accounts reconciliations. • Monitoring the application of credit policy and preparing aging and related financial reports. • Gathering information about customers to be aware of the contact person and the deal terms. • Coordinating with other departments such as Marketing and warehouse departments. • Providing support and assistance with audits, tax returns, and forecasts, financial reporting and accounting team • with month end close activities. • Suggesting developments to enhance billing and collection activities. • Assisting in the periodic physical count.

Treasury AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:Nature of work: monitor and control treasury cash in and out. Cash in: -gather collections internally and ensure conformance and issue the monetary receipt approval accordingly -maintain and manage timely financial records posting and reconciliation in a form a daily entry manually and via the applied financial system, (SAAP) -verify accounts receivable paperwork to balance accounts and ensure that all figures match payment information Cash out: -pay all monthly liabilities on behalf of the company such as rent manual salaries -ensure the receipt of custody, issue custody reconciliation form and verify invoices have been paid in order to assure cash balance -issue payment banking checks for suppliers and marketing expenses * perform daily treasury reconciliation. *submit related reports that analyze cash in and cash out process

• Job Details:nature of work :record all prepaid and accrual entries and audit all daily entries occurs ,present all reports needed to high management , following up the petty cash account balance ,prepare all adjustments needed to present the trial balance after adjustments ,works on the monthly balance sheet
