• Job Details:* Operation works: -  Manage Stores Daily Operations E2E Ensuring all Processes and SOPs are being adhered to by Store Staff.  Opening new dark stores based on business needs.  Ensure Inventory Management SOPs In terms of Stock-in, Stock-out, Expiry Checks, Quality Checks, and Waste Reduction is Being applied.  Monitor,Manage and Improve Stores Performance in Terms of Picking Time, Picking accuracy, Items Packing, Stock Update to Achieve Designated SLA's and Quality of service.  Manage Stores' Staff Staffing, Scheduling, Attendance, Productivity.  Facility and Assets management ensures that equipment, infrastructure, etc. in stores are used and maintained properly.  Monitoring financial and operational performance of each store and initiating required actions for improvement.  Ensuring proper implementation of merchandising and space planning guidelines in stores.  Responsible for store staff training and development.  Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way.  Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices.  Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency.  Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant.  Formulate strategic and operational objectives.  Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs.  Recruit, train and supervise staff.  Manage all the dark stores and the 2 main hubs operations and staff.  Manage all the last, middle mile for B2C and B2B operations and control all the couriers with the supervisors.  Control all the last, middle mile expanses for the staff and the trucks expenses. *Expansion works:-  Searching for new stores, and dealing with the owners to get best rent value.  Construction works for all the stores.  Replace some high rent stores to decrease the rent amount, and I saved more than 45000 monthly from replacement.  Purchase materials and fixed assets to all the stores.
