  • Job Details:Responsibilities Local Purchasing  Supplier management ensuring suppliers are compliant with terms of agreement  Negotiations with the suppliers to assure delivering the best price, quality and payment terms.  Completing purchase orders, monitoring all open purchase orders and providing order-tracking details as requested.  Tracking the items to be delivered within the agreed ETA.  Closing the cycle with issuing the payment to the supplier and delivering the items to the End User. Foreign Purchasing (Cisco Egypt, Dubai, Libya and Sudan)  Start with receiving the Purchase Order (PO) and send the Order Receipt Confirmation Mail  Tracking the needed Approvals till get the order ready For Submission  Submitting the orders on the vendor’s tool or mail  Tracking the shipment till being delivered to the Airport  Starting the clearance process as shown below; o Form 4/Value Sheet o NTRA Approval o Reviewing the Duties o Issuing the Electronic payment  Adding the shipment to the ERP to issue the Invoices to the customer  Delivering the shipment to the Customer
