Job Details:• Support the Customer in all aspects of product or solution validation prior to deployment in the field and to support validation post deployment. Includes validating new service offerings, new features, and bug fixes as well as validating new/ongoing software releases for Altiplano, 7360 FX (both iSAM & LS-FX), 7302 iSAMs. 7330 iSAMs, and 7368 ONTs. • Set up procedures for performing Nokia FN related day-to-day operational tasks, tests, output data analysis, and measurements and adjustments. • Provide technical knowledge transfer and network design recommendations to the customer on our products and solutions and our new releases. • Work with product management to document and refine technical details of the product • Provide feedback on product roadmap and assist prioritizing feature enhancements.
